Shipping and Delivery

Q: When will the product arrive?
A: It depends on the delivery destination, but usually your order will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
Q: When will the product be shipped?
A. We ship within 3 business days after payment is completed. If you specify a delivery date, the item will be shipped approximately 1-3 days before the desired delivery date, depending on the region.
Q: Is it possible to ship overseas?
A: We do ship overseas.
Q. Is it possible to ship to an address other than the billing address?
A. Yes, it is possible. Please change the delivery address when placing your order. If the orderer and the delivery address are different, the amount will not be listed on the delivery note.
Q. Can I pick up my ordered items at the store?
A. We do not offer in-store pickup for items ordered from our store.
Q. I haven't received my item yet. What should I do?
A. Products will be shipped within 3 business days after the order is confirmed and payment is completed, and it will take about 2 days for the product to arrive. Please check if you have received the shipping completion email, and then check the delivery status using the shipping slip number, or contact us using the inquiry form with your order number.

Returns

Q. I would like to return an item due to a defective product.
A. If the wrong item was shipped or the item is defective due to our mistake, we will exchange it. Please contact us by email within 7 days after receiving the item.
Please note that if the item is out of stock, we will refund your money.
*Please open and check the product as soon as it arrives.
Q. Regarding returns due to customer convenience
A. We only accept returns for unused items. Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the item.
*The customer is responsible for shipping costs, fees, and shipping charges for returning the product.
Q. What are the conditions for returning or exchanging items?
A. Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted if the following conditions apply.
- If more than 7 days have passed since the product arrived.
- If the product has been opened, used, or damaged or soiled due to customer negligence.
- If you return the product without prior notice.

Payment options

Q: What payment methods are available?
A. You can use credit cards, Amazon Pay, PayPay, Rakuten Pay, and Paidy.
Q. Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
A. Once an order has been confirmed, the payment method or number of payments cannot be changed.
If cancellation is possible, please cancel and place a new order.
